Who we are
www.incomeprotectinsurance.co.uk is owned by DMWL Global Ltd. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website. DMWL Global is registered as a data controller in accordance with GDPR 2018 Data Protection. This firm is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of Assured FG - Firm reference number 928007. This means it can act on behalf of a firm that is authorised for specific regulated business in the UK. The principal is responsible for these regulated activities.
DMWL Global collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal data about you. When we do so we are required to comply with data protection regulation and we are responsible as a data controller of that personal data for the purposes of those laws.

It is in our ‘legitimate interests’ to introduce you to an FCA-authorised insurance intermediary, as this is the service we offer. This aligns with your interests to receive a quote from an FCA-authorised insurance intermediary.
Sharing your personal data
We will only share your personal data with a single FCA-authorised insurance intermediary, so that they can contact you and provide you with a quote. Once we have shared your data with an FCA-authorised intermediary, they will become a Data Controller.
We will not share your personal data with any other third parties.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes that we collected it for, including satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

If you are not happy with the way we are handling your information, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (www.ico.org.uk).
We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us before the ICO.
